Dr Juliet Anton, a highly qualified Counselling Psychologist (HCPC) who has generously given up her time to host an online talk about ‘Student Mental Health in the British Tamil Community’.

She talked about her previous experiences, how that has shaped her career path, as well as offering advice to attendees on how to seek for help regarding mental health.

Dr Juliet Anton also has launched an amazing app called AskDoc where people can enrol onto courses that will help them understand and manage their mental health difficulties. You can also receive support from a psychologist through the app if needed.
