Make a Difference
The British Tamil Medical Association is run by British Tamil Medical student volunteers to help bring the British Tamils within the medical community together.
Our association is run solely on the work of volunteers so we kindly you ask for donations in order to support our cause.
All donations will go to our working costs which include:
- Website running costs
- Editing software
- Planning for in-person events
- Supporting our sponsors
Many thanks for your continued support and we really appreciate any donation, no matter how big or small.
Kind regards,
The British Tamil Medical Association

BTMA x TSocs Fundraiser
The British Tamil Medical Association have partnered up with Tamil Societies in universities across the UK to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Foundation.
The Anthony Nolan Foundation makes lifesaving connections between patients in need and incredible donors who are ready to donate their stem cells to save patients suffering from blood cancer and blood disorders.
This will help people just like Esha, a 4 year old girl who was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia in May 2021. She underwent intensive rounds of chemotherapy which were unfortunately unsuccessful so a stem cell donor is her only hope for a second chance at life.
